Good to Know
Section titled “Good to Know”- Texts and calls come from a US toll-free number, +1 (888) 451-7712, so contacts outside North America see an international number.
- Replies from outside the US and Canada may not reach us. A contact abroad who wants to stop texts can decline on any alert’s page, or reach us through the contact form.
- The console accepts a phone number from any country. Save a number outside the lists above and its texts and calls will not arrive, so give that contact an email address as well.
